Guestify Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Guestify! By using our services, you accept the following terms and conditions. We invite you to read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Guestify is a web platform designed for short-term rental hosts (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.), which allows them to provide their guests with digital access to:

  • House rules
  • Extra services (payable directly to the host)
  • Automatic Wi-Fi connection
  • Instructions for using items in the apartment
  • What to bring before arrival
  • Personalized local guide
  • Useful contacts and property location

Access to this information is provided via a link or QR code provided by the host.

2. Access and Subscription

The service is available through a monthly subscription at a cost of €9,90 or a yearly subscription at a cost of €89,90, depending on the selected plan. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled by the user.

Payment is made through the secure methods offered by the platform, and access to the service is guaranteed for the duration of the active period.

3. User (Host) Responsibilities

Each host is responsible for the content uploaded to their Guestify page, particularly regarding:

  • Accuracy of information
  • Legality and safety of extra services offered
  • Compliance with local regulations regarding tourist rentals

Guestify does not retain any commission on extra services sold by the host: all earnings from such services are received entirely by the host.

3.1 Tax and Regulatory Compliance

Each Host is solely responsible for complying with all applicable tax, legal, and regulatory obligations related to their short-term rental activity and any additional services offered through the Guestify platform. Guestify acts exclusively as a provider of a digital informational tool and does not serve as an intermediary or assume any responsibility for the legal, fiscal, or administrative compliance of the Host’s operations. Consequently, Guestify disclaims all liability for any non-compliance by the Host with respect to tax authorities, regulatory bodies, or third parties, and shall not be held accountable for any resulting consequences or obligations.

4. Guestify's Responsibilities

Guestify provides a digital service supporting communication between hosts and guests. It does not deal with real estate intermediation, nor is it responsible for any disputes between hosts and guests.

Guestify does not guarantee absolute service continuity and may temporarily suspend access for updates or maintenance.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Guestify collects and processes personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU 2016/679).

Collected data (e.g., email, customized content from hosts) will be used exclusively for service provision and will not be transferred to third parties without consent.

6. Usage Limitations

The following is not permitted:

  • Using Guestify for illegal purposes or purposes not in compliance with the law
  • Copying, selling, or reselling the service without authorization
  • Sending false, offensive, or misleading content through the platform

Guestify reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts in violation of these terms.

7. Terms Modifications

Guestify reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the website.

8. Jurisdiction

For any legal dispute, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, pursuant to Article 66-bis of the Consumer Code.
